I love everything alice and wonderland, so I have decided for all the alice and wonderland fans to create this book collaborative for you.
A few people emailed me for a storybook style book swap,
so here it is:
Details make one original 5 inch by 5 inch page, and photocopy it. You can fit 2 pages on a letter size paper to photocopy at kinkos, staples, ups store, office max or local copy store. Photocopies for a 8.5 by 11 inch paper range from 29 cents to 49 cents. If you put 2 pages on one sheet, all you need to make is 14 copies. Ask the print person to do this for you, if you can't.
Then embellish the pages with glitter, ribbon, rick rack, millinery flowers, 3-d hats, tags, etc. Make sure you leave a 1inch margin on the left side for binding and you sign the back page with your name and info, try not to leave that side to bare.
I will make the covers, inside covers and do the binding for this book collaboration.

This will add to the authenticity of the book and the elements inside of it. Since the page size is small you can make them fast and fun with scrapbook papers and more. Make sure to thicken your pages with thick card stock to hold the embellishments, try to decorate the back as to not leave it so plain.
Embellish the pages with feathers, glitter, ribbon, rick rack, millinery flowers, 3-d hats, tags, etc. Make sure you leave a 1inch margin on the left side for binding and you sign the back page with your name and info, try not to leave that side to bare.
Stay in a vintage color scheme: beige and pink, brown and green, pastels, cupcake colors, vintage chic, just to give you an idea.

Make a cone shaped hat or cover a dollar store party hat with delicious and sweet papers, paints and embellishments, try images and words, chipboard cut out, glitter, ribbons, crepe paper and other vintage sweet embellishments. The theme is Princess and/or Princess and the pea. Think tiny pea pods falling gracefully from the point, etc.
Details: Make one cone any size: but not smaller that a 10 inch height, princesses have nice tall hats. I have a template for this if you need it, the template can be re-sized or used the way it is.

Tea Time Apron Swap Due June 1
This is an apron swap for you to wear in the kitchen, at tea time or baking cookies/sweets and treats or just as decoration.
Dimensions: any size as long as it can tie around our waists. Half aprons are the preferred style.
Think fabric scraps, quilt squares, crinolines, tulle, tutus terry cloth, velvet, canvas, paper; the sky's the limit. Vintage or 50's retro, gothic or Indie, Altered, Handpainted-the style is yours.
Easy idea: cut a piece of fabric, add a long piece of ribbon or fabric belt to it, embellish, boom you have an apron.

The Faerie Zine New Orders Have Arrived!
Hello all,
The new zine orders came in saturday and the next batch on tues.
I will have them sent in the mail by friday or saturday of this week.
The faerie zine website is getting a face lift and will have order forms for single, back issue and future zine copies, along with subscriptions, a gallery and more.
All contributing artists will receive their cd's when they come in to me. I will package and send out to you.
By May the zine should be ready for direct ship from the print group, unless you want me to sign it. Then I'll re-ship from the studio!
The Artists World website will be linked to the faerie zine website and the blog for it is coming along, a few more weeks for that!

From now on we will be printing in batches, every batch comes in within three weeks, please allow three weeks for your order to be delivered from the date you purchase. If we are out of inventory, you will receive an email informing you, along with a delivery date.
We try to include coupons and honor lost or missing issues of the zine. Please inform us if you haven't received your zine after 3 weeks.
This new order will be ready for delivery three weeks from tommorrow Jan. 22.
Remember if we sell out of this first batch, you will be on the next re-order

New shipping and ordering updates!
All Faerie Zine orders from Dec.22 til Jan.2 have been received from the printer and are currently being processed.
All order from Jan.2 through Jan. 14 will be received from the printer on Tues of next week.
The New Zine Issue 4, will be ordered on Mon. of next week and will be here in time for Valentine's Day!
Pre-orders will be available by end of the day!
Zine's are ordered in batches of 40 to 50, with a few extra's for the stock.
All future Zines please allow 3 weeks for delivery as we rely on the printing company for our orders.
Keep the submissions coming and thank you for your continued support!

Now accepting pre-orders the shipment with my loyal printing group from issue 1, is doing the printing as we speak, They will have the shipment to me on wed-next week. Then I will be doing the binding on thursday and friday. Shipments will go out on that following monday.
I was a little late getting this to print due to a variety of new works, an upcoming book and moving.
Only 100 copies were ordered this time around. The next order date for a new shipment is in a month.
So I am now accepting pre-order reservations, to hold spots.

ZINE PRE-ORDER UPDATES!
Well after some printing issues with the new printing group, the zine is finally corrected. After pacing and re-awaiting my order of zines, they came back complete, at least going though the first batch of 40, going through the next batch now, but everything seems in good shape.

You will also find a submission info for contributing to future zines and the gallery section of the website, advertising details, previews, address book, along with techniques, hints/tips, The Faerie Zine Shoppe with a range of goodies to purchase from supplies to books, magazines, dolls, prints, journals, etc. Featured Artists, A Links Page, and Invites to The Faerie Zine: Yahoo Group, Flickr Group and Ebay Group. Our Ebay Acronym is EFFA! Type that in to see an array of gorgeous works from so many Talented Artists with works just waiting for you to discover and buy! You'll also find inspiration and most of all A Land Of Enchantment!
The Zine is offered in 3 forms: 1. CD $9.95 2. Full Black and White w/color cover $12.50 and 3.Color and Black/White Mix Version $19.95! Eventually the Zine will also be available as a limited Edition Full Color HardCover Book w/Special Edition Pages. The Zine will also convert to half color and half black/white paperback equaling 30 color and 30 black/white pages, when the new printing company is selected at the end of the year, this will be the same price as the original, but with more perks. When the zine goes commercial next year, it will turn into a full color magazine with a much lower price and available in book stores and specialty stores, along with the website.
